Your "Welcome to iWays Online" email will include a link with instructions to access your purchased courses. Generally, this email is automated within 1 business day of your purchase. 

Students may request a full refund for the course within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. After 30 days, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to significant access to course materials. To request a refund, please contact our support team here.
